Resolve "Inactive Customer Account" when shipping via FedEx
When attempting to ship with FedEx, the error "Inactive Customer Account" is displayed. FedEx has worked in the past without error.
If you encounter this type of error, there may be an issue with your FedEx account.
To resolve, contact FedEx support at 877-339-2774 or your FedEx representative to identify and correct the issue with your account.
Once the account issue is resolved, you should be able to process FedEx shipments normally.
