How do I send my ReadyShipper X log files to support?

In the top menu, click
Help and make sure
Advanced Logging is checked.

- In the Help menu, click Export Support Data. It will prompt you to save a .zip file.

- Please save the file to your Desktop and include your Company Name and Today's Date in the file name. For example: ACMECorp-20191119.zip.

- Send an email to support@readycloud.com, attach the zip file you created in Step 3, briefly describe the issue you are running into and also include which version of ReadyShipper X you are using (10.x.xx).
