How do I send my ReadyShipper X log files to support?

In the top menu, click Help and make sure Advanced Logging is checked.

In the Help menu, click Export Support Data. It will prompt you to save a .zip file.

Please save the file to your Desktop and include your Company Name and Today's Date in the file name. For example: ACMECorp-20191119.zip.

Send an email to support@readycloud.com, attach the zip file you created in Step 3, briefly describe the issue you are running into and also include which version of ReadyShipper X you are using (10.x.xx).
