[Volusion] How do I connect my store?

You may have to re-authorize your Volusion Order URL. This is because ReadyShipper requires special permission to access your Volusion account. This layer of security exists to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your sensitive sales information. In order to permit ReadyShipper to find and update orders, you will need to authorize ReadyShipper using the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Volusion Online Store Manager as admin.
  2. Go to Inventory > Import / Export.
  3. Click the Volusion API link near the bottom of the page.
  4. Under Generic heading, click the Run button next to Generic\Orders.
  5. Select the checkbox for the '*' Column Name and click the Run button.
  6. A text box will appear with the label Use this URL. Copy-paste this URL into ReadyShipper's Settings Dialog's Volusion Order URL field.
