How do I manage my ReadyShipper Pro subscription?

Once your account has been moved into the new billing system, you now have the ability to order ReadyShipper Labels and manage your ReadyShipper Pro subscription, all in one place. To do this:

1. Visit and click the My Account link at the top right.

2. Enter the username or email address you used during registration and your account password.

If you're not sure what your password is you can use the Lost Your Password page to reset your password.
  • On the Dashboard tab, you can find any rewards you may have accrued from purchasing ReadyShipper labels.
  • On the Orders tab you can view and download invoices for all of your past orders.
  • On the My Subscription tab you can view and manage your ReadyShipper Pro subscription as well as change the payment method.
  • When a subscription is cancelled, you will no longer be billed and the subscription will stay in a pending status until the next billing period.
  • On the Downloads tab you can view the latest version of ReadyShipper Pro.
