I'm receiving a memory related error

For macOS:

Make sure ReadyShipper is shut down completely before proceeding. Please download this application and run it. It will ask you to select an Application, choose the ReadyShipper Pro application and then click OK.

For Windows:

1) Create a new ReadyShipper shortcut on your Desktop.

2) On the new shortcut, right-click on the icon and select properties.
3) In the target field, got to the end of the field, after the ReadyShipper.exe, add a single space and then type: -J-Xmx1200m
4) Restart the computer.
5) Start ReadyShipper from the new shortcut only.
