Why are my orders not uploading to ReadyCloud backup?

If your orders are not transferring to ReadyCloud but are showing fine in ReadyShipper, this usually means there is more than one user/team in your ReadyCloud account. Therefore, ReadyShipper does not know where to allocate the information needed. 

To resolve this, when logged in as the team, you want to make a new account and invite a new user to your team. Write down the password and then use this newly created user account in ReadyShipper

This will let ReadyShipper know where to send the information needed.
